　　“公司法务论坛”是由中国企业法务管理研究中心和北京仲裁委员会联合搭建的公司法务交流平台。论坛旨在通过加强对有关公司法律风险管理中的实践问题的沟通与交流，促进公司法务人员的经验和人际共享，关注公司治理和争议解决中产生的新趋势、新问题，进一步推动公司在决策、经营、管理等各个环节建立健全法律风险防范机制，全面提升设计争议解决方案和控制争议解决过程的能力，最终提升公司在海内外的整体竞争力。

　　俄罗斯有着逐步增长的人口、受过高等教育的人力和丰富的自然资源，其市场对外国投资者有着极大的吸引力其资本市场对外国投资者有着极大的吸引力。近期，由于美国和欧盟对俄罗斯开展新一轮的经济制裁，俄罗斯的金融、军事、能源等领域的经济发展受到较大影响。为尽快消除经济制裁的影响，加快经济复苏的脚步，俄罗斯越发积极地寻求与中国投资者合作的机会，给中国企业带来了较好的机遇的同时，也带来了较大挑战。

　　本期公司法务论坛将以“欧美制裁俄国之后对中国企业的影响：机遇、挑战和纠纷”为主题，特别邀请了国际知名律师事务所——美国德杰律师事务所俄罗斯代表处的律师团队就下述问题进行集中讲解。研讨会日程安排及主讲团队简介请见附件。

　　“The In-house Counsel Seminar” was founded by BAC and CICMRC as an exchange platform for in-house counsel. This series of seminars provides a forum by which in-counsel counsel may share and exchange new methods for managing corporate risks, and focuses on identifying new trends and problems related to corporate governance and dispute resolution. In doing so, we aim to encourage in-house counsel to share their experiences, contribute to the establishment of new risk management strategies, discuss dispute resolution mechanisms and control processes, and devise new ways to further improve their respective companies’ overall competitiveness both at home and overseas.

　　As we all know, with a growing population, a highly-educated work force, and a wealth of resources, Russia is an attractive market for foreign investors. The recent US/EU economic sanctions against Russia have had a major impact on several sectors of the Russian economy, including on the financial, military, and energy and natural resources sectors. Russian companies and banks are increasingly seeking to partner with Chinese investors to reduce the impact of the sanctions and accelerate the process of Russia’s economic recovery. In light of the above and despite the challenges posed by US/EU sanctions, Chinese investors face potentially favorable prospects and business conditions when investing in Russia.
