由中国企业法务管理研究中心和本网共同编辑的《中国企业法务观察》出版在即，近日哈佛大学法学院副院长大卫·威尔金斯发来了为本书撰写的推荐语，全文如下：

 　China is, of course, the most important of the emerging powers, and I am delighted to have such an important platform to begin the discussion about how in-house counsel may be participating in China’s growth and development. Indeed, as you know these issues are at the center of our on-going research in China as part of our project on Globalization, Lawyers, and Emerging Economies. I therefore am delighted that your distinguished members will be able to read my article in Chinese, and very much look forward to working with you and to improve research, teaching, and dialogue about China’s new in-house legal departments.
